Reifegradbasierte Auditierung von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen in Lernfabriken

Der Beitrag beschreibt die Anwendung eines Auditverfahrens für Lernfabriken an einem konkreten Beispiel. Für eine ausgewählte Weiterbildungsmaßnahme werden die Auditergebnisse aufgezeigt und Handlungsansätze abgeleitet. Dies wird durch eine Kooperation der Forschungsprojekte innowas „Innovative Weiterbildung mit Autorensystemen“ und RQLes „Reifegradbasierte, multidimensionale Qualitätsentwicklung von komplexen Lernsystemen“ des Förderschwerpunkts innovatWB erst ermöglicht. Für das Projekt innowas wird der entwickelte Weiterbildungsprozess auditiert und Verbesserungspotenziale zur Weiterentwicklung aufgezeigt. Das Projekt RQLes profitiert durch eine Anwendung der Projektergebnisse und durch die Evaluation des entwickelten Modells.

This paper describes an audit concept for learning factories by one example. Based on a specific further training, it shows the audit results and derives recommendations for optimization. This is only possible through a cooperation of the research projects innowas – „Innovative Training with Authoring Systems“ and RQLes – „Maturity-Based, Multidimensional Quality Development of Complex Learning Systems“ of the funding focus innovatWB of the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training. For the project innowas, the training process is audited and improvement potentials for the further development are pointed out. The project RQLes benefits from the application of the project results and the evaluation of the developed model.
