Abstract:

Metal perovskite oxynitrides are a highly interesting class of materials due to their tunable physical and chemical properties by varying the cationic and anionic stoichiometry. In this thesis, the formability of novel perovskite oxynitrides, synthesis and functionalities of metal oxynitrides have been investigated concerning their solid state structure, processing, microstructure, structure evolution and thermodynamic stability.

Metall Perowskit Oxynitride sind wegen ihrer steuerbaren physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften durch Änderung der kationischen und anionischen Stöchiometrie eine hoch interessante Klasse von Materialien. In dieser Arbeit wurden die Formabilität von neuen Perowskit Oxynitriden, die Synthese und Eigenschaften von Metall Oxynitriden im Hinblick auf die Festphasenstruktur, Prozessierung, Mikrostruktur, Strukturentwicklung und die thermodynamische Stabilität untersucht.
