Abstract: | This work is focused on the versatile application of chicken-derived antibodies isolated via yeast surface display (YSD) and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). Chicken-derived monoclonal antibodies and antibody fusion proteins were generated and implemented in the fields of paper-based low-cost diagnostics, affinity chromatography-based protein purification and novel antibody formats for cancer treatment. |
