Kurzbeschreibung (Abstract)
This research focuses on developing 3D-printed, magnetically controlled structures using laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) for three key soft robotic applications: a flexible airway stent, artificial muscles, and bioinspired magnetic butterflies. The airway stent - a standard biomedical structure for clearing airway blockages and restoring respiratory function - is designed with magnetically responsive actuation, drawing on the principles of compliant devices for safe human interaction and the advantages of magnetic actuation.
