Abstract auf Deutsch:

Der elektronische Handel ist meist auf die Abarbeitung großer Mengen an Bestelldaten ausgerichtet und daher formularbasiert. Zahlreiche Vorgänge lassen sich jedoch nicht mit Formularen abbilden, sondern erfordern den Austausch von Dokumenten. Die Abwicklung solcher Vorgänge wurde bisher nur rudimentär unterstützt. Die vorliegende Arbeit entwickelt ein auf der Sprechakt-Theorie basierendes Konzept zur dynamischen Steuerung und Unterstützung dokumentbasierter Geschäftsvorgänge sowie dessen prototypische Umsetzung: StAdT (Sprechakt-theoretischer Ablauf dokumentbasierter Transaktionen) ist ein schematisches Konzept für den Austausch von Dokumenten in elektronischen Geschäftsvorgängen und ermöglicht insbesondere komplexe Verhandlungen. HotFlow ist eine in Smalltalk programmierte prototypische Umsetzung von StAdT und unterstützt durch die Möglichkeit, Vorgänge durch Bedingungen miteinander zu verbinden, auch die Abwicklung von Geschäften, an denen mehrere Partner beteiligt sind.

In most applications, electronic commerce is expected to deal with a huge amount of order data and therefore based on forms. Many transactions can not be mapped onto forms but require the exchange of documents. Until now, the processing of those transactions has been supported only rudimentary. Based on speechact theory, the dissertation at hand develops a concept for the dynamic control and assistance of document based business transactions as well as a prototypical implementation of this concept: StAdT (speechact theoretic application flow of document based transations) is a schematical concept for the exchange of documents in electronic business transactions and especially enables complex negotiations. HotFlow is a prototype written in Smalltalk implementing StAdT. It supports the connection of transactions by conditions and such enables the processing of multi-partner business transactions.
