Abstract:

To implement growth strategies, certain resources are needed. The resource bundle for the desired growth strategy is not always complete. Cooperation in this context is a means of overcoming this lack of resources. In order to be attractive for the cooperation partner, the company itself must bring resources into the cooperation. In this work, a framework is developed in which the flow of resources takes place in one direction only and yet both partners benefit from the cooperation. For this purpose, the criteria are developed, which must apply to these resources and the fit of these resources to the resource bundle and the growth strategy. This enhances the understanding of cooperation and resource-oriented research.
