Abstract:

This thesis is divided into three sections. The main part of the dissertation deals with the establishment of phosphanylated poly(isocyanides) in asymmetric catalysis. Various monomers were prepared using sulfur as a protecting group for the oxygen labile phosphanes. These phosphorus sulfides were converted to high molecular poly(isocyanides), deprotected and made accessible to asymmetric catalysis by complexation of the ligands with transition metals. Enantiomeric excesses up to 60% can be obtained. In addition, label structures for hyperpolarization NMR spectroscopy were developed and successfully attached to a model peptide system. The quality of the building blocks was subsequently verified by DNP- and PHIP-NMR spectroscopy. The third part of the dissertation deals with the development of a protecting group based on sulfonimidamides.
